Our delivery time for a normal day: 8:30-20:00. It will be required extra service fee for the rest time delivery. For the order you placed in non-working time at night, it can be delivered in the next day, but it will not be guaranteed to deliver in the next early morning. For the same day delivery, please place your order at least before 5pm. After 5pm, the order will be directly transferred delivery to the next day.

In principle, we do not promise to provide delivery in certain specific time, such as in 10:23. However, if you have special requirement for delivery time, you can choose "specific time delivery". We will send at your designated time. For delivery in time, it is best to place an order earlier 1 to 2 days.
In the day of some important festivals, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, the Mid-Autumn Day, Mother's Day, etc., we cannot meet the needs for delivery in specific time. We can only promise to delivery in the same day.
